Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs

Savory keto-friendly meatballs in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. While meatballs are baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add heavy cream and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce.
  9. Toss to coat the meatballs evenly.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or pork for ground beef.
