Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the beef. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined and the cheeses are melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the ground beef with thinly sliced steak for a more traditional cheesesteak flavor.
