A simple and healthy Korean spinach side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds.
  3. Drain the spinach and squeeze out excess water.
  4. In a bowl, combine the spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and salt.
  5. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Adjust soy sauce and salt to your preference.
