Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.
  2. Add the dried lavender to the warm milk.
  3. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain the milk to remove the lavender buds.
  5. Stir in honey if desired.
  6. Drink warm before bedtime.
