Lemon Herb Baked Salmon with Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, half sliced, half juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the asparagus around the salmon.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over everything.
  6. Sprinkle with dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Top the salmon with lemon slices.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
