Homemade Baileys Ice Cream

A simple recipe for creamy Baileys Irish Cream flavored ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Once churned, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  4. Serve scoops of your homemade Baileys ice cream.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add an extra tablespoon of Baileys.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in a shallow pan, stirring every 30 minutes until frozen.
