Mediterranean Baked Fish

A quick and flavorful Mediterranean-style baked fish recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the fish with olive oil.
  4. Arrange lemon slices over the fish.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
  • You can substitute other herbs like oregano or thyme.
