A simple recipe for oven-baked chicken breasts topped with a creamy Parmesan crust, resulting in tender and juicy meat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts into a glass baking dish or metal baking pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute light mayonnaise and use Greek yogurt instead of regular mayonnaise.
  • You can add fresh thyme or rosemary to the topping mixture for an herbal flavor.
  • Store cooked chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
