Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (e.g., maple syrup, agave)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add sweetener, melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before cutting and serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, add more almond flour.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
