No-Bake Holiday Fudge

A simple and quick recipe for delicious holiday fudge that requires no baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
  3. Stir constantly until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. If using, stir in chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • You can add other mix-ins like peppermint chips or sprinkles.
