Pork chops (at least 1-inch thick)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Drizzle them with olive oil and rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides.
Place the seasoned pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
