Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower to the cheese mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • For extra crispiness, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
