Philly Cheesesteak Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Return steak to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Top with provolone cheese and cook until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • Serve immediately.
  • You can add other vegetables like jalapeรฑos or tomatoes.
