Amazing Protein Brownie

A guilt-free protein brownie treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • You can add sugar-free chocolate chips for extra flavor.
  • Adjust sweetener to your preference.
