Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Place banana, berries, protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and thick, adding a splash more almond milk only if necessary to keep the blades moving.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola and sliced almonds.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, use less almond milk or add a few ice cubes.
  • You can substitute any frozen fruit you prefer.
