Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Orange food coloring (optional)
Small pretzel sticks
Small pieces of green bell pepper
Slider buns
Your favorite toppings
Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add a few drops of orange food coloring if desired for a more vibrant pumpkin color.
Mix ingredients gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small pumpkin shape. Use your fingers to create indentations around the sides to mimic pumpkin segments.
Place the shaped patties on a plate and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the sliders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
While the sliders are cooking, prepare your slider buns and toppings.
Once cooked, insert a small pretzel stick into the top of each slider to represent the stem.
Add small pieces of green bell pepper around the pretzel stick for leaves, if desired.
Assemble the sliders with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
