Quick 30-Minute Lemon Herb Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper over the salmon.
  6. Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite steamed vegetables or a side salad.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme.
