Quick Lemon Herb Baked Chicken and Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place chicken breasts and trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken and asparagus.
