Quick Lemon Herb Baked Salmon

A simple and healthy salmon recipe perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Arrange lemon slices, dill, and parsley on top of the salmon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
