  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish.
