Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour eggs into a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set but still moist.
