  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and broccoli, cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Add black beans and rice, heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.
