A simple recipe for spinach and cottage cheese flagels.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Stir in chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape them into flagel (bagel-like) shapes.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can add other seasonings like onion powder or paprika.
  • Serve warm.
