Sweet and Spicy Baked Cauliflower

Crispy cauliflower bites tossed in a sticky sweet and spicy glaze. Perfect as a healthy appetizer, snack, or party dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (or chili paste)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup and hot sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • Remove cauliflower from oven and toss immediately with the sweet and spicy glaze.

 

  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
