Crispy cauliflower bites tossed in a sticky sweet and spicy glaze. Perfect as a healthy appetizer, snack, or party dish!
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp hot sauce (or chili paste)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup and hot sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove cauliflower from oven and toss immediately with the sweet and spicy glaze.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
