Quick and easy chicken wraps with a sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Optional: Sriracha or mayonnaise for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Divide the cooked chicken, lettuce, carrots, and cilantro among the tortillas.
  6. Drizzle with extra sweet chili sauce or add sriracha/mayonnaise if desired.
  7. Fold or roll the wraps tightly.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts.
  • Add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumber for more crunch.
