Turkey Meatloaf with Savory Glaze

A moist and flavorful turkey meatloaf topped with a tangy, sweet glaze. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 large Eggs
  • ยฝ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chopped onion and sautรฉ for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine a quarter cup of glaze, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the egg, sautรฉed onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, and ground turkey. Mix gently.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan or baking sheet, shape into a loaf, and brush the remaining glaze on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Bake for 55-65 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
