Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if using.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem end and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat about two-thirds of the berry.
  4. Place the dipped strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
