Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding

A quick and easy no-bake dessert that mimics the flavors of tiramisu using chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to break up clumps.
  3. Divide the mixture into two glasses.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until thickened.
  5. Top with cooled coffee, mascarpone cheese, and cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of almond milk.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • You can add a splash of coffee liqueur for an adult version.
