  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a sweeter bread, you can add a sugar substitute to the batter.
  • This bread is best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
