Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1 (9 inch) pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, whipped cream, chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, and beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Before serving, add your desired toppings.

Notes

  • For a firmer pie, you can add 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water to the peanut butter mixture before folding in the whipped cream.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
